i do know jbl,sideshowbob and i think quivaz and casey can program shelters i dont know about fences and paths

here is the directions to make a path

Path Creation Guide:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Required for this Guide:
------------------------------------------------------------------------


WinHex {www.winhex.com}
WinZip {www.winzip.com}
Ape {http://zoo.ogresnet.com/downloads/db/index.php?mod=347}

USer Skill with creating Zoo Tycoon Objects Must be at expert for this to work right

Note I used testpath as a name through the guide this name can be change to anything you want just make
sure you use your name everywere i use testpath and you name isnt more than eight characters
. also i use the following in the guide 12345678 this number needs to be a random 8 digit number. Make sure you change the 12345678 to a random number and use that
random number everytime you see 12345678.


Guide: Part I - Folder Structure
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Right Click On the Destop and left Click on New then left Click on Folder
Then Name it Anything you want as long as it isnt over 8 Characters or Numbers
2. Double Click on your Folder to open it
3. Create New folder name it paths
4. create new folder name it temp
5. Double Click on the paths folder and create a new floder name testpath
6. Double click on the the testpath folder and create new folder name icon
7. Create another new folder idle
8. Go back to the temp folder double click on it
9. Create folder 1
10. Create folder 2
11. Create folder 3
12. Create folder 4
13. Create Folder 5

Guide: Part II - Images
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now its up to you to creat some images of the paths you want to add to the game
You can use programs such as paint shop Pro, Photoshop, MS paint Etc.
Make sure when you create your images to make the backgrounds transpert.

Save all graphics to the temp folder


The images you make need to fallow the guide below
1.png - SE facing slope (skewed)
2.png - NW facing slope (skewed)
3.png - SW facing slope
4.png - NW facing slope
5.png - borders on all sides
6.png - borders on NE, NW, and SE sides
7.png - borders on NE, NW, and SW sides
8.png - borders on NW and NE sides
9.png - border on NW, SW and SE sides
10.png - borders on NW and SE sides
11.png - borders on SW and NW sides
12.png - border on NW side
13.png - borders on NE, SE, and SW sides
14.png - borders on NE and SE sides
15.png - borders on NE and SW sides
16.png - border on NE side
17.png - borders on SE and SW
18.png - border on SE side
19.png - border on SW side
20.png - no borders

Guide: Part III - Building the APE files
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Open APE and start a new project.
2 Use one of the objects for your new file
3 Icon images you can use image 5.png
4 Use image 1.png for NE
5 Use 2.png for SE
6 Use 3.png for SW
7 Use 4.png for NW
8 Save the file temp folder as path1.ztd
9 Close Current Project in APE.
10 Start a new project and select another object to create from
11 Do not set anything in the icon imagies area of ape for this
12 Use image 5.png for NE
13 Use image 6.png for SE
14 Use Image 7.png for SW
15 Use image 8.png for NW
16 Save the file to temp folder as path2.ztd
17 Close the current project in APE.
18 Start a new project from the objects list
19 Use image 9.png for NE
20 Use image 10.png for SE
21 Use image 11.png for SW
22 Use image 12.png for NW
23 Save the file to temp folder as path3.ztd
24 Start a new project from the objects list
25 Use image 13.png for NE
26 Use image 14.png for SE
27 Use image 15.png for SW
28 USe image 16.png for NW
29 Save the File to temp Folder as path4.ztd
30 Close the current project.
31 Start a new project from the objects list
32 Use image 17.png for NE
33 Use image 18.png for SE
34 Use image 19.png for SW
35 Use image 20.png for NW
36 Save the file to the temp folder as path5.ztd


Guide Tutorial: Part IV - Extracting the Temporary APE files
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 Fix the rotations for the 5 ztd files
2 Open your temp folder and Extract path1.ztd folder titled 1 Make sure that the option use folder names is checked in
the winzip dialog before extracting
3 Repeat with the other ztd files in the same manner as above step expcept extract path2.ztd to folder titled 2. extract path3.ztd to folder titled 3 and so on with the other ztd files
4 Open folder 1 and inside there will be 2 folders objects and scenery.
5 Open the objects folder. Inside will be only one folder which will be an 8 digit alpha-numeric id number. For the purpose of this guide we will call this folder 12345678
6 Open this folder and inside there will be several more folders. The only folder you should look for is the idle folder Open that and delete idle.ani
7 Rename NE to 1, SE to 2, SW to 3 and NW to 4
8 Rename NE.pal to 0001.pal SE.pal to 0002.pal, SW.pal to 0003.pal and NW.pal to 0004.pal
9 Move all 8 of these files to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle
10 Open temp\1\objects\12345678\ne
11 Delete ne.ani and move the remaining 2 files N and N.pal to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\icon
12 Open temp\2\objects\12345678\idle and again, delete the .ani file.
13 Rename NE to 5, SE to 6, SW to 7 and NW to 8
14 Rename NE to 0005.pal SE to 0006.pal SW to 0007.pal and NW to 0008.pal
15 Move all 8 of these files to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle
16 Open temp\3\objects\12345678\idle and delete the .ani file.
17 Rename NE to 9, SE to 10, SW to 11 and NW to 12
18 Rename NE.pal to 0009.pal, SE.pal to 0010.pal, SW.pal to 0011.pal and NW.pal to 0012.pal
19 Move all 8 of these files to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle
20 Open temp\4\objects\12345678\idle and delete the .ani file.
21 Rename NE to 13, SE to 14, SW to 15 and NW to 16
19 Rename NE to 0013.pal SE to 0014.pal SW to 0015.pal and NW to 0016.pal
20 Move all 8 of these files to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle
21 Open temp\5\objects\12345678\idle and delete the ".ani" file
22 Rename NE to 17, SE to 18, SW to 19 and NW to 20.
23 Rename NE.pal to 0017.pal, SE.pal to 0018.pal, SW.pal to 0019.pal and NW.pal to 0020.pal
24 Move all 8 of these files to C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle

Guide: Part V - Creating the final ZTD
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Copy and Paste the following info below to a notepad document

2. Save the document as icon.ani to the following location C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\icon
3. Copy and Paste the following info below to a notepad document
[animation]
dir0 = paths
dir1 = test
dir2 = idle
animation = 1
animation = 2
animation = 3
animation = 4
animation = 5
animation = 6
animation = 7
animation = 8
animation = 9
animation = 10
animation = 11
animation = 12
animation = 13
animation = 14
animation = 15
animation = 16
animation = 17
animation = 18
animation = 19
animation = 20
x0 = -32
y0 = -25
x1 = 32
y1 = 24
4. Save the document as idle.ani to the following location C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\icon
5. Open WinHex.
6. Use WinHex to open C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\icon\icon.ani
7. In the text view window to the left hand side of the screen there will be some
path info that tells the game where to find certain files. Look for the line
dir1=test. Change dir1=test to dir1=testpath.
8. Save the file and close it
9. Open C:\\newpath\paths\$testpath$\idle\idle.ani
10. Look for "dir1 = test and change to dir1 = testpath. Save the
file and close it.
11. Open # C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\icon\N
12 Find the text part that says objects/12345678/NE/N.pal
13 Type over the top of it with paths/testpath/icon/N.pal
14 Save the file and close it.
15 Inside of C:\\newpath\paths\testpath\idle you will now have to edit each
of the files 1 through 20. In these files you will be changing the
text portion to the info bellow

4 Save the file and close it
5 Create a new text document in same folder. Save it as testpath.cfg to same folder
6 copy the following text into the document

7. Save the file and close it.
8. Selct the testpath.cfg and the paths folder and right click your mouse and choose add to newpath.zip
9. Rename the file newpath.ztd
10 test the newpath.ztd in zoo tycoon
