Are there any previous reference/reads material related to forex and TT? Also wondering: - What the 50 or 100 leverage of the Forex could do for TT. US dealers are limited to that, and also must to FIFO, which can be a major impediment. http://www.babypips.com/blogs/espipionage/faq_fifo_in_the_forex_market.html - And, if using an offshore dealer, what their 200 or even up to 500 leverage could do, and permits hedges, etc. type of trades.
