how can i download the jeopardy maker and the other template?

Jeopardy Maker can be downloaded here:
https://www.pftq.com/jeopardy/

The download will come as a zip folder - make sure to uncompress it first before running.  Windows is right-click and uncompress.  Mac I think is control-click or something; usually part of the list of options you can do with a file/folder.
