Most of what I know I have taught myself, with much thanks to the online communities I was in from 2003-2007 when the internet was much smaller. I have been programming and making games since I was 12, creating short films and composing music since I was 14, and trading stocks since I was 18. My teachers and peers often knew me as the kid who somehow got to the right answer but from the "wrong" way. To me, school largely just confused me or made up names for things I was already doing. <_<
Everything you find here will be made by me. My reflections and thought process can be explored through my Essay Writings for those curious. My full skillset can be found on my Skills Resume page.
Fair Maiden | Fair Maiden Entry to a contest at psoriasis-cure-now.org for the humor track.
Entry on Youtube.
Took 4 whole days to make it... Had to hand-draw everything, make the music, make the voices - first time animating and also first time making everything. Am pretty proud of it.
Nope, that's not my real voice, but it IS me speaking. Just lots of filters added over. Music I made in FL Studio - pre... »Movie, Art, Animation | July 29, 2008 - August 2, 2008 |
Fort Wars | Fort Wars The single most played user-made random map script in Age of Empires 3, reaching over 18000 downloads on just AOE3 Heaven alone - not counting ESO (Game Server) distribution and downloads from other fansites. »Game, Script, Map, Multiplayer | December 19, 2005 - January 28, 2006 | Last Updated January 25, 2021 |
Hiraeia (Piano) | Hiraeia (Piano) Accidentally played this randomly at first (literally had my eyes closed and didn't know what key I was in). I actually forgot it for a few days before sitting down to record it.
The song's pretty simple to play and somewhat repetitive, but I like it. It has a nostalgic and dream-like feel to it, like you're always on a journey of sorts but never quite finding the place you belong, a longi... »Music, Artwork | February 5, 2016 - February 7, 2016 |
In the Midst of Night | In the Midst of Night An average hardworking man comes home one night to find in his house a dead body.

Koto Breaker | Koto Breaker Collab between me and Waterflame from 2020.
This track was a nightmare to get finished and is basically the most Frankenstein collab ever - everything from project tempos being off by fractions of BPM to random source files being panned off-center - but it was definitely worth it, and we feel like we pulled out all the stops in making this feel like an epic koto music battle - like something ou... »Music, Animation, Movie | December 13, 2020 - January 1, 2022 | Last Updated October 25, 2021 |
Little Kook in a Cabin | Little Kook in a Cabin Video I made in a club for Halloween 2008. Filmed in one day and edited in seven nights. First DVD we've made that's entirely copyright-free, everything produced by our own or from royalty-free sources.
Songs from main menu and opening 3 min. I think you'll recognize from me. All video-editing and animation also from me, done in a single week before Halloween (time crunch!).

Mythic Cops | Mythic Cops One of my earlier successes in designing for the Age of Mythology/Empires games. Oddly enough, I didn't spend much more than a week or two on it, but I definitely had a lot of fun with it.

Tech Trader | Tech Trader Tech Trader is a fully autonomous system trading thousands of stocks simultaneously with no human intervention. It is unique from conventional algorithmic systems in that it takes a "human" approach to markets. It is not quant. It is not stat-arb. It is not high frequency.
