Recipe for the best smoothie. Serves 2 16 oz cups; half the amounts for 1 serving.
- 1 frozen Sambazon Acai bar
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries.
- 2 bananas.
- 2 tablespoons of flax oil.
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla whey protein (safest and least heavy metal).
- 1 tablespoon of maca powder.
- 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- 1 cup of coconut water.
Optional preferences for a more milky texture:
- Replace coconut water with almond milk or cashew milk.
- Replace almond butter with peanutbutter.
- Replace cinnamon with honey.
